Dixon Terry
Chief Compliance Officer
Dixon Terry joined BioLab Holdings in May 2025 as Chief Compliance Officer, bringing 30 years of leadership experience in the biopharmaceutical and medical device industry in both start-up and mid to large size companies. Prior to joining BioLab, Mr. Terry spent a majority of his career at Amgen, leading teams across multiple functions including clinical development, sales and compliance. In addition, Mr. Terry has led compliance functions at start-up biopharma companies and managed compliance programs both in the U.S. and global markets including management of Corporate Integrity Agreements.
Mr. Terry holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and a Master’s in Public Health
